Can you afford to pay for one more thing? We can't.

All of us in North Carolina deserve easy access to public services that our taxes pay for. But certain politicians in Raleigh are rigging the rules to give corporations and the billionaire class a free ride to line their pockets, while making you pay more for services you rely on.  Now, these same politicians are trying to pull a fast one with two constitutional tax amendments on the ballot this fall: The Property Tax Levy Limit and the Reduce Income Tax Rate Cap.

These amendments will lock in tax cuts for corporations with no real relief for you. They will claim they are making life more affordable for you, while decreasing revenue for our local governments and defunding public goods and services like public schools, roads, emergency services, parks and recreation centers, and healthcare. Your daily life will become more expensive.
